Wide II and it is hosted in the building of Telmex Latino America
(in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina), and with a line dedicated
of 10 Mdps, we count with:

Electric supply system
The electric energy is provided to the building by an own electric Substation
inside our building. Additionally, there is installed a UPS bank that
provides till 6 hours of autonomy.
In the case that an energy cut happens, the UPS bank provides electricity
till the electrogen group starts working, the one that is composed of
redundant equipments (1+1) of 650VA that provides constant stabilized
energy. This electrogen groups are feed by two independents gas oil tanks,
what gives them an unlimited autonomy. Into the Data Center, every rack
is feed by two independents electric circuits.

INCIDENTS RESOLUTION
The maximum replaying time compromised from the moment of generating
the trouble ticket is 15 days. In this answer the origin of the accident
will be informed and the resolution time of it as well.
Hardware stock is maintained in the Data Center, accessible immediately,
in case of fault. The stored elements in stock are: sources, memories,
discs, motherboard, plaques, etc.
There also exists support contracts
signed with the hardware manufacturers (Cisco, Lucent, Hewlett-Packard,
Sun Microsystems,
Compaq, etc.) Moreover,
as an alternative service, there is a secondary deposit in another building
where the offsite spare parts are at disposal, under the access politics,
security and administration of AT&T. The time to access to the spare
parts off site is from an hour.

BACK-UPs SERVICES
The Backup solution provides backup and restore of data in a separate
backup net of high speed into the data center. The backup services use
Veritas NetBackup as solution and centralize tape libraries with DLT
(Digital Lineal Tape) Technology.
Under specific requirements relevant to backup politics made by the
customer, we can offer a customized service to realize individual files
backups, operative systems and data bases (cold and hot).
The standard politic of backups
is to realize a full backup once a week and six daily incremental backups
(till the
next full backup is released).
TIME OF STANDART RECUPERATION
The restores are included between the 30 minutes since the requirement
for stored data in the site. The restore time depends of the volume to
be restored and of the SLA committed with the client. If there are not
the details on site, the tapes are at disposal in a period of 30 minutes. |
