UNLUGAR.COM (UN LUGAR CORP.) WEB HOSTING SERVICES AGREEMENT

Before you fill in the information to be entered into Unlugar.com and become a user of Unlugar.com Web sites hosting services, please read and accept the following agreement:

1. Un Lugar Corp. reserves the right to deny any request for membership when such request is not fully compliant to the terms detailed within this specific services agreement.
2. Un Lugar Corp. does not accept any site containing offensive language, racism, pornography, illegal activities and any other offensive material and/or links to this kind of sites. When Un Lugar Co. has detected such kind of sites these sites will be removed immediately without previous notice.
3. It is prohibited to limit the access to any sites located at AplaceHost.com's servers by using passwords and keywords.
4. Un Lugar Corp. will have no responsibilities or liabilities for the edition, revision or censorship of information, and will have no responsibilities for verifying the content of the pages or sites accessed by users through the search engine and/or the site directory. Therefore AplaceHost.com disclaims any responsibility to verify the copyright standards compliance, the legality and decency of the pages' content accessed through the links, search engines or site directories.
5. Un Lugar Corp. disclaims any responsibility or liability for any partial or total damage or loss of information that may involuntarily, contingently occur to the accounts registered at AplaceHost.com 
6. Un Lugar Corp. does not accept any claim for lost profits when any fall of the service of any of its servers occurs involuntarily.
7. Regarding (6), Un Lugar Corp. makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. Nevertheless, Un Lugar Co. commits to preserve information accuracy, access rate and reliability of the service.
8. The trademark, information, databases, reports, statistics, the site design and structure, its software, corporate identity and the copyright of Un Lugar Co. cannot be copied and/or distributed without written permission of its owners. Any infringement to our intellectual property rights or to any of the forementioned items will be considered a criminal act, which will be solved at a lawsuit.
9. Users/customers subscribed to the services provided by Unlugar.com are allowed to place HTML codes into service on the URL's mainpage you have registered to, and/or on those pages depending on such mainpage. You are not allowed to place codes on any other site even though when such codes belong to you.
10. User/customer will not be allowed to make any change to the HTML codes of the different kind of services provided by Unlugar.com. Unlugar.com disclaims any responsibility or liability for any change that may damage the code and keep it out of service.
11. All information provided to users/customers by Un Lugar Corp. remains confidential.
12. Therefore, Un Lugar Corp. protects the privacy of our users and does not share their personal information with third parties outside Un Lugar Corp.
13. All information, concepts and opinions provided through our users/customers web sites do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Unlugar.com, its employees, managers, directors, shareholders, licensors or concessionaires. This is why Un Lugar Corp. will have no responsibilities or liabilities for any information, opinion and concept posted on such web sites.
14. Un Lugar Corp., its directors, employees and partners disclaim any responsibility or liability for the content displayed in our users/customers' web sites, whether you have the permission to do it or not. This prevision becomes immediately invalid if ethics and decency rules are violated according to mentioned "ut supra".
15. Un Lugar Corp., its directors, employees and partners will have no responsibilities for the delivery, quality, deficiencies or any other defect that may be present on the products, services, Information and any other materials provided by our users/customers and acquired or obtained as a result of information, advertisements, invitations and offers made through these sites.
16. Un Lugar Co. will have no responsibilities for the disclosure of information nor for the entrance of unauthorized users who modify or produce defects to the information, systems or the equipment that represent any problem to users.
17. Any infringement to the terms and conditions detailed in this agreement may result in closing your personal account.



By accepting this agreement the user/customer expressly states that:

" He/She is a person who is able to discern.
" He/She has entered this Web site of his/her own free will and has not been compelled to do so.
" He/She understands and agrees that the content of many of the pages that may be found through Unlugar.com links, search engines and/or directories may contain images, sounds or text that may be offensive, inappropriate and may hurt moral and good behavior and therefore he/she refuses to include this kind of links in his/her site.
" The election of Products or Services He/She wishes to acquire is made at his/her sole risk.
" He/She has read the terms and conditions detailed within this agreement and accepts them at his/her sole risk.
" The user/customer of Unlugar.com makes himself responsible for not sending unsolicited e-mail messages (SPAM) with the intention to promote his/her site or with any other intention by using AplaceHost.com or other servers services. Un Lugar Co. reserves the right to immediately remove the site of those users who do this, or cancel the inappropriate action being Un Lugar Corp. no responsible at all for any damage that could arise from this.

Un Lugar Corp., as service provider, reserves the right to:

1. Make, whenever necessary, corrections, enhancements or changes to the information or services provided on his site. In such cases none of these actions will validate any claim or indemnification, and will not result in any acknowledgement of any responsibility to Un Lugar Corp.
2. Modify this agreement at any time without previous notification to the users who may not agree with the new terms and conditions; therefore Un Lugar Corp. will be allowed to disable user's account at any time.
